AS apartments are newly build apartments located at the mountain of Kopaonik, best ski tourist center in Serbia, on the altitude of 1.511 meters. Distance from GENEX tourist center is about 4 km, and they are situated at the steep of Treska hill, at the weekend village Treska.  

Apartments consist of three separate parts each with their own entrances, linked together. There is total of 13 apartments (2, 3 and 4 beds), possible to accommodate 40 persons.

Alongside the residential quarter, the grounds offer such amenities as restaurant with fully equipped kitchen, mini-bar, TV room and reception. On the sunny side of the hotel, there is a decked terrace with a summer garden. The parking outside offers space for 27 cars.

Access to the hotel is possible at all time during winter, by clean roads.
